V System and Jigsaw joined venture to develop an app for the Jigsaw Music Festival where users can purchase goods and merchandise in the music festival with digital currency.
Project Scope
Role
In this project, I managed and oversaw that brand guideline are met and ensured that all screens of the user flow done by my team are consistent. As there are 5 user flows that needs to be done, I chose to do the Onboarding/Log in and Scan QR user flow for Jigsaw App.

Primary & Secondary Research
To understand the needs of our ravers or people who goes to music festivals, we did multiple research methods.

User Persona & User Journey
By creating a user persona for Jigsaw through our research we understood ravers more. Thus, summarised that there are mostly two personas. One who plans their concert from buying the ticket to which stages they want to go to and another type of user where they usually go to the flow and makes sure to go to take note the stages of their favourite artist.
Problem Statement
After finalising the type of users and analysing the problems ravers usually have we used The How Might We (HMW) method to formulate and be our guideline to creating solutions.

High Fidelity Wireframe - Onboarding
As this project is time-limited, we decided as a team to jump right in the High-Fi Wireframe. The Onboarding User Flow is important to ensure that users understand the benefits of the Jigsaw app.
High Fidelity Wireframe - Scan QR Code
Scan QR is important for users to be able to trade with the app to buy food and drinks in the event for them to earn more tokens.

Key learnings
Communicate with clients and ask more questions that is related to the project. Since Jigsaw is still in the process of creating the MVP, it took a lot of time for us to really understand how they want the product to work.
It took a lot of research for the team to understand how Crypto work and what are the real business goals of Jigsaw. After the client presentation, I realised that I really still need to learn and gain more experience on creating Onboarding user flows because it is the first thing a user have to interact with when deciding to get the app.
Through this experience, it made me more hungry to learn more about UX and to take note of micro-interactions in a product to make it seamless and efficient.
Overall, I loved that I get to be in a team where we really take accountable in completing this project. It was so fun to understand and listen to everyone’s POV when creating a new app.
